Crispy Spring roll

Ingredients:

COVER:

  • Maida flour or all purpose flour
  • kesar powder(optional)
  • Egg
  • little salt
  • Ghee
  • water
FOR FILLINGS:
  • Shredded cabbage
  • shredded carrot
  • Peas
  • Potato
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder



Method:

1. Make a smooth batter by mixing maida powder,kesar color poder, salt,egg and water.
2. In a heated non stick pan apply a little ghee and add the enough batter to cover the pan.
3. Cook the both sides till it becomes golden color.
4.To prepare the filling, in a separate heated pan add a little oil,fry all the vegetables with salt and pepper powder with soy sauce. Keep it in a flame for 5 minutes. Set aside the filling to cool.
5. To make a spring roll, place a enough filling in each centre of pancake. Fold in the sides and form a tight roll. 
6. Fry it in a hot oil till it become golden.
