- Onion
- Shredded cabbage
- Peas
- Corn
- Carrot
- Curry leaves
- Besan flor
- Turmeric powder.
- Salt
- Cooking oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl mix the onion, shredded cabbage,corn, carrot,peas and curry leaves with salt.
- Add water little by little to make a sticky dough.
- Drop small balls in the preheated oil. Fry until it becomes golden brown color.
- Serve hot with your favorite chutneys.
