- Shredded zucchini

- Mix the corn,shredded zucchini,onion, green chilli, curry leaves together with All purpose flour.
- Add the turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat the Tawa and coat with ghee.
- Spread the adai flour, smear ghee around adai. Use the lid to cover.
- Cook it in low flame. Take off the lid and flip the adai cook it till becomes golden and crispy.
