Ingredients:
- Sprouted mung bean
- Salad tomato
- Salad onion
- Green chilli
- Mango pieces
- Red bell pepper
- Lemon juice
- Chat masala powder
- Cilantro leaves
- Salt
Preparation:
- Soak the mung bean in cold water for 12 hours. Then transfer it into the wet muslin cloth to get a sprouted bean.
- Mix all the other salad veggies with salt and chat masala powder. Serve it as a healthy dish.
