- Cooked corn
- Palak (spinach)
- Onion paste
- Tomato paste
- Garlic paste
- Green chilli
- Cumin seeds
- Curry masala powder
- Salt
- Ghee
PREPARATION:
- In a heated pan pour a ghee. Fry the cumin seeds and green chilli.
- Add onion, tomato and garlic paste. Saute it well till it raw smell goes off.
- Now add the minced palak to this mixture. Stir fry it.
- Finally add the cooked corns and curry masala powder. Keep it in flame for another five minutes.
- Serve hot with rotis.
